Accessible Contact Form in PHP

Designed with accessibility in mind this contact form script features JavaScript with PHP validation if the client has JavaScript disabled and can only be submitted once per session to avoid people spamming. This simple 1 page script just requires you too change your email address and your done! Works well with screen readers and is tab friendly.

Unlike some contact forms this one only shows you one error at a time and changes the border of the input box to red to highlight the error as well as showing details about the error.
